1. Choose Your Bike & Book

Browse our fleet online and pick the style that fits your vibe. Select your duration, add your accessories (like surf racks or baskets), and pay securely via PayPal or Credit/Debit Card.

Prefer to wing it? Walk-ins are always welcome at Shop!

2. Check-In at Ezriderz Shop

Head to the Old Woolies Carpark (90-96 Jonson St). No more fiddling with shop door codes! Our friendly team will be waiting to greet you, verify your booking, and get you sorted in seconds.

3. Personalized Fitting & Gear

Our staff will locate your bike, perform a final safety check, and adjust the seat height just for you. We’ll hand over your keys and a freshly sanitized helmet.

Bonus: We’ll show you exactly how to operate the bike’s power levels so you feel like a pro before you leave the shop.

4. Start Riding!

Skip the traffic and start exploring. Whether you’re hitting the Lighthouse track or cruising to a hidden beach, you’re now on Byron time. If you need a refresher, our "Easy-Op" instruction guide is attached to your confirmation email for quick reference.

5. Stress-Free Return

Once your adventure is over, simply roll back to the shop during opening hours. Hand your keys and gear back to our staff—we’ll take care of the charging and cleaning while you head off to grab a celebratory coffee.
